Grow A Moustache Or Do A Fake For Prostate Cancer

JACKSONVILLE, FL -- Guys, do you look good in a moustache? Then this is your month to grow out that facial hair and raise awareness for prostate cancer.  Mellow Mushroom pizza restaurants are helping with the "Movember" project. The event is Thursday, December 1st, at 9734 Deer Lake Ct. #1, at 8 pm.

During the month of November, participating men grow out their facial hair into fine moustachery in order to get people talking about prostate cancer. Movember is a non-profit organization that raises awareness and funds in the U.S. to support prostate cancer and other cancers that affect men.

The funds raised are directed to programs run directly by Movember and their two mens health partners; the Prostate Cancer Foundation and the LIVESTRONG, the Lance Armstrong Foundation.

Organizers say the girls aren't left out of this project.
