Man wanted for drug robbery in Mandarin

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating an alleged robbery at a Publix on the 10000 block of San Jose Boulevard.

The robbery took place at 9:32 a.m. Thursday, according to a Jacksonville Sheriff's Office release.

The release said that an unknown suspect entered the store, went to the pharmacy and allegedly demanded prescriptions narcotics. The suspect also allegedly threatened to shoot if his demand wasn't met and made a motion as if to pull a gun.

The suspect obtained the narcotics and fled, according to the release.
