JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A fundraiser taking place at St. Joseph's Catholic Church July 14 will donate a portion of money collected to 1st Lieutenant Ryan Timoney who was injured in Afghanistan.

The 2nd Annual All American Hoedown and Auction will take place from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Cody Enrichment Center at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. The church is located at 4152 Loretto Rd.

Tickets for the event are $30 for adults, $10 for children ages 4-12 and free for children under the age of 3.
The event, organized by St. Michael's Soldiers, will donate 10% of all money collected to Timoney. The money will help pay for medical expenses.
Event organizers said the remaining 90% will be used to support men and women of the United States military deployed overseas. The group fills Home Sweet Home Boxes with requested and needed items. Some of the things placed in the boxes include toiletries, snacks, meal packs, clothing, books, cards and letters.
There will be live music, dancing, food, entertainment and a live and silent auction.
